You think you're annoyed? BMK Pharmacy has been calling my cell number for 8 years! I tell them to stop calling, threaten to report them, and now do not answer the unknown phone calls which they call from now. I have been registered on the do not call list for years, filed a report with the do not call registry but did not receive any resolution! It's violating that this company can continue to abuse our rights!!
Got a phone call just now from these guys again. 239-244-2355. His name is Michael Max George (if this is his real name). I asked for his supervisor and he said he was. Told him not to to call any more, sick of their calls all the time...
I asked him several times do you understand - NO CALL!!! finally he said would not call any more and his staff will not either. Will see how long that lasts!
Continuously receive calls offering medications of all sorts for special prices with free handling charges. I continuously cuss them out to stop calling me. Sometimes when I answer my cell phone, I don't respond but just listen. They just keep saying hello, hello and hangup. Very annoying.
I HATE "William"!!! They continue to harass and call me at least twice a week. This has been going on for months. I blocked their NJ but now they are hiding the number so it shows "no caller ID". The first few times I politely told him I wasn't interested. Next I told him it was shameful and that he was enabling prescription drug dependency. The last few times I screamed & yelled like a lunatic telling him to stop calling. None of it did any good. The jerk keeps calling.
I am having the same problem! This has gone on for months! I have had people answer in a foreign language, tell them I am dead, or that they have the wrong number. Doesn't stop them! They speak over me! I finally printed out a form from the FCC an filled it out, faxed it back in, so hopefully something will come of it. I encourage everyone who receives calls to file a complaint with the FCC. Its a very easy document to fill out and you can either email it back, fax it in or snail mail. We have to be diligent about this!
