If you received a call on your cell phone on this number, your provider is probably one of those (ATT, TMobile, and others) that agreed to have a third party company set up a 411 information service for cell phones, They provided this company with the data base associated with all their cell numbers. So, they now have your number, name and address. Some years ago, Transunion, the credit bureau bought this company and now have that data to cross reference against the demographic data in THEIR data base. Now, WHO do you suppose might be selling this private data to telemarketeers? Hmmmm?
I call the number back & a Recording tells me it is not a working number. I block this number from my phone so there will be no more calls from this particular number
