Wrong again do you know how many different time zones we call. That is why we use different #s it keeps us from calling people to late quite considerate if you ask me, we already have your info and cc# you gave it to us. We dont read them back because we cant see who is on the other side of the phone thats eleagal. thats why u have to give us the # you would not want just any body to get your cc# right.We are customer service not billing.   We have all kinds in our building dont be races. white, black, yellow, red,and mixed have you ever been there, didnt think so. so really you dont know what you are talking about.
