This  number is a mailing list provider called Alesco Services. They call and don't leave messages.

The following is an ad of theirs on the web. I finally took a call from them to confirm who they were. It was a lady telemarketing their mailing list service.

They just called a recycled number.

Called my cell phone multiple times without leaving a message.

I have 11 instances of this number in my call logs. I have them on my blocked list so it doesn't ring on my phone, but they still get through to the voice mail and all I get is 2 seconds of silence. Geez, they're persistent and a pain. Gotta be a robo dialer.
