i dont know for sure which company but think its a school registry.it is a telemarketer.i answered and nobody spoke directly to me but heard the operators in the background

This number rings several times a day, sometimes as late as 9:00 p.m.  There is no message, but one time someone said hello over and over to my voice mail message.  This is no one I know.
