I'm not even sure how to start a suit against them. They are relentless. I've had 3 calls from them today. So far they have left 3 different case numbers. I'm so tired of these people. I don't even answer the calls. I block the number and they just call from another number.
You know whats funny I had my attorney contact them because my checkbook was stolen out of my purse.He told them not to contact me and hey still are so,I am guessing it's gonna be 1500.00 every time they call my home.
I have had two calls today from an automated system. I didn't answer because I did not know the number. I got curious so I called the number they identified themselves as impact mediation and said a complaint had been filed against me for a payday loan in 2012. I have never had a payday loan. SCAM
"you or your legal council must contact us immediately b4 further action commences". they dont even check to see if they have the correct party. wtf?! automated call. i have been telling these a$$h*les for months to quit calling me. I'm thinking of suing for harassment, since I have told numerous people that there is NO Robert Smith at my phone number, and I have had the number over 5 years. Ridiculous. 3rd party disclosure that there is some sort of lawsuit against this person. Stupid people.
Constant calls, everyday from different numbers that lead back to the same source. When the number is googled it comes back to Impact Mediation, I looked into this and everything I can find shows they are scammers..Threatens legal action, leaves different bogus case numbers!!! Sometimes there is a message from Linda Grant, other times its just a hang up call. I do not answer these calls. I know that it a scam. Is there anyway to stop these calls!!! I have a block on some of their numbers, but they call from so many different numbers its hard to block them all. Please if there is anyone who has any information that will help stop these calls.... Please let me know.
