They called my Mom in the last few days. I have not lived there in many years. They said I owed money on a credit card. The card was discharged in a bankruptcy in 1995. It is as if they got my bankruptcy file and are trying to scare me into thinking the card has been floating out there for all these years unpaid. I recorded the call when I called them back. The lady calls herself Blake Davenport. She said I could make a counteroffer right there on the phone which I have never heard of. Then she wanted to take a statement from me over the phone. So I played along. It was obvious that to indicate she was starting to record my "statement" she just pressed one of the numbers on her phone 3 times to make three fake beeps. She did read off the credit card number to me. But it has been so long ago that I don't remember if that was one of my cards. She also referred to Chase and First USA as the same company but I don't think they ever merged together. She also said they have surveillance video of me using the card back in 1995-2000. Why would there be video of me using a card that isn't stolen?? There is also an "Angela Wright" who claims to be with the compliance department.
This number keeps calling me, it is not even noon yet and I have 3 calls from them. It says they are in Fort Myers, next time I am in that area I may have to try and look them up and go by their location and show them I have greatly improved on my anger management issues...lol.

They called me today and were very threatening, they also knew the last 4 of my social. Said I owed $100,000.00 to Wells Fargo Bank. These people told me not to drive my car or leave my house.
THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM ARTIST!!!!! Do not answer and if you do - DO NOT give them any personal email. They threaten me that they are going to serve me with legal papers. I am a paralegal and she couldn't answer any of my legal questions. They have been calling me for four days, I finally told them I am going to suit them for HARASSMENT, IDENTITY THEFT, MISREPRESENTATION, CALLING WORK NUMBER (WHICH BY LAW CANNOT DO), FALSE ACCUSATION, they told me that my number was going to be removed from their system and they were looking for a debt from 2005.
