ROBO recording. It sounds live, till you tell them where to insert the gun and pull the trigger. Recording just keeps on going. GOP for the NRA monkey pucks.
Caller ID states "IMC" and the number is "321-6444".
This number has called looking for me, every day for over a week. The person sounds like it's a robo call, but if you interrupt them, it's a real person.
I got as far as the person's name "calling with an important message from the National Rifle Association, with a pre-recorded message from the NRA's president". I know it's a live person, as I tripped them up when they said they were calling from the NRA (I said "oh, that's AWESOME!!" and they said "excuse me?").
I told them to stop calling me and take me off their list, as I'm not a concerned citizen for gun rights. I hung up when he wanted me to confirm my information, as I had company in my house and didn't want to be with this call for any longer. They want number confirmation, then they don't know what they're calling to and from. Within the call center telesystem program, there's an option in their comment box on their screen to write out that they were told that the person asked to be a "DNC" - do not contact. To confirm the number can be shady.
NRA CAN GO SCRATCH WHERE THE SUN DOESN'T SHINE... BLOCKED AND with my new V-Tech phones I can also adjust the ringer so the first ring is never heard if they are on the blocked list. woo hoo
