I got a call from Steve as well. He seemed nice enough, but when I asked him to repeat the company name from which he was calling before I would give any personal information, he said, "Okay then, we'll call you another time." and hung up on me. A legitimate company wouldn't to that.

Called me. I did not answer. Did not leave message.
Calls almost every day. Never leaves message.

This number has called the office phone many times. The name and number shows on our caller ID
They are a group of thieves. They call from many different area codes, but they are in a room with equipment to record your voice, and make many calls.  If  you have to answer the phone, do not say anything.
