Just keep saying "yes" to the robot Jennifer until you get transferred to a real person. Feel free to either immediately tell them where to put it, or play with them/play dumb. Be creative!
Feel free to keep calling them as well, you get put through every time if you say Yes to every question "Jennifer" asks you!
This is brutal they call me 10 times a day. Jennifer is a total robot and can't respond to any questions. How do companies get away with this sort of harrasment.
