Because the law I know about states that with an established business relationship they are allowed to call you for 18 months unless and until you tell them differently.
I have this number on my auto-reject on my cell phone, but still show a rejected call almost every day. Today I called the number, blocking my caller ID, and a lady answered, "Efficiency Air." I told her to quit calling, and she said o.k., although she doesn't have my cell phone number to remove from her list. I also just sent a report to the Do Not Call Registry.
