Left an automated voicemail with no company name. Message advised to call back between certain hours or push a key if I want to talk now.
While first call was leaving a message, the number immediately called back.
Received call about the grant. I knew it was a scam. called to get on "do not call list" they hung up. I called again and again and again. Will have friends calling again and again etc... They will change numbers soon
