got the dreaded final notice e-mail about a month ago. Guess they got lost. Damn, I was so looking forward to having some fun with them. Oh well, I'm sure there will be another fool to try this [***] with with me at some point.
Got the same email as above. These people need to get a life. I have already reported it to the FTC and I am turning the email over to the local authorities.
i just got the same email , stating ammount 703.00, if i don't call within 48 hours, they wil lsuit me, and if i don;t have an attorney , or call back lawyer fees and courts fees, will add upt 5,000 or so in attorney fees, think i will fall for this, i had pay day loan, and paid them, thru solid ground financial,payday debt solutions, they do help you get back on your feet, also cambridge credit corp, for credit card and loans payment program, depending on your budget.whatever you do, don;t email them or call them, they are scam artist, they will try anything. don't be scare hangup on them. They will thretaen you with calling your employer, ruining your credit or report you to ftc or credit bureaus. don't fall for this. BEWARE!
I Got the same E-Mail. This is without a doubt a SCAM. Do not fall for it. Do not call these people at all. They are most likely a bunch of [***] AKA from India Operating & looking for innocent people to victimize. If You Have Payday loans Check with your lender & report it as fraud. Its Your Money. Do What You Can to keep it. If you would talk to these SCAM ARTISTS, Ask questions, then they will realize that you are on to them & report to the FTC If you fall victim to this fraud. You Must Get Something in writing from YOUR lender(s) saying that you are behind & that they will take action. E-Mails & Phone Calls are scam. Especially if you have PAID all of your loans OFF. Be careful Who you talk to & who you give your money to.
This is a scam. I know I have two previous email like this but with different amount and loan company name.
This latest one with Advance Cash America is the proof I needed because I never have a loan with Advance.
The other previous had loan company I had no business with so that was the alert that this is a scam.
