got the dreaded final notice e-mail about a month ago. Guess they got lost. Damn, I was so looking forward to having some fun with them. Oh well, I'm sure there will be another fool to try this [***] with with me at some point.
Received the same type of email with the same amount. Never had a cash advance with Advance Cash America. I dealt with ACS on 7/8/2013 with many emails going back and forth -- they almost had me convinced to pay them back $313 and then I read these postings and reported them to the FTC. I am going to have to report them again. They are so annoying.
I also recieved an email from this company today ACS Law Firm. Saying I owe $786.86 for a loan taken from Advance Cash America , and I am going to be legally prosecuted in a couple of days since I have ignored them and my social security # has been red flagged by the US Government .I never took a loan payday loan from them .I have reported this before to the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER {IC3} guess I will have to do another one again. If you get any calls or emails I suggest you contact and file a IC3 form to stop them from scamming us .
