Who called from 2395416800

Incoming call 1/10/2017 @ 11:54 AM EST.  Unknown name, did not answer, no message left.

Just screened a call from this # on my cell. No msg left. Blocked

Received call from this number.  Spam/telemarketing.  Possible spear phishing scam.  They're advertising that you can lower your credit card rate.

Did not answer call and no message was left.  When I call the number from my work phone, there is a 'number cannot be reached' message.  Definitely a scam.

This number sent me a text, "Sorry I can't talk right now." Not having any idea who or where a 239 area code is, I checked out the number here Since I saw it was a scam, just blocked the caller and deleted the text.
