I applied for a pay day loan and received a letter from a loan company called Green Payday Loans with the loan approval amount, payment amounts, etc. On the loan papers it said there would be no upfront costs. The phone number on the loan papers was different but when I called the number on the loan papers and left a message for them to return my call this is the number they called me from 239-673-4712. It was also an Indian sounding man, claiming his name was Andy Hauffman...but it is spelled 2 different ways on the email and loan document. He said that I was approved but I needed to wire money to show my ability to re-pay.I had asked him if they were a member of the Better Business Bureau and he said yes. I felt something fishy going on so did some research on the Better Business Bureau and they have no record of Green Payday loans as a member and have a warning out that there was a complaint against this company and could not verify their address.
man called claiming I won the sweepstakes.. but need to pay money to get it,,,,spammer. told him he has 5 pages of complaints....asked him never to call again,,,,also called me on 615-530-4207,,,I asked him for a direct call back number,,he gave me this phone #
