This number calls me atleast 4 times a day!!! Sometimes it rings, then it says its a non working number and then sometimes when I call back someone picks up and there is just silence then they hang up

this guy calls me all the time and hangs up! wtf! Who is it?

Number called me at least 3 times today. I finally called back and it just kept ringing then they hungup. Annoying.
