Who called from 2397191388

This number calls several times a day and leaves no message but shows that calls are coming from
Everglades, FL  When called back message comes as "All circuits are busy, call back later"

My caller ID says the call is a cellular call.

same as above,   unsolicited call,  hung up after 2 rings.  wish there was a hole they could crawl into

Left no message......why can't a government agency step in and do something about these types of call?
