Who called from 2399136820

I answered a girl ask for Norm, I told her this is not Norm and she said she must of got the wrong number

they called at 4:10 I answered and they hung up, tired of this crap!

this number has been calling me- 3 times in the last three days and leaves no message.

They called and left no message. I called the number back and there was no rings and no answer. It hung up after 25 seconds.

They called did not leave a message. I returned the call and there was no sound on the other end, no rings either.  After 25 seconds the caller hung up or at least the call ended.
