KELLY PARKER CALLED SAID FOR MY WELL BEING I'D BETTER CALL THEM BACK. THIS IS A SCAM THEIR OTHER NUMBERS ARE 315-333-4011 AND 866-849-3242. MY ATTORNEY HAS RETURNED THESE CALLS AND THEY CLAIM THEY AREN'T CALLING ME. I'VE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPTARTMENT AND THEY HAVE RECORDINGS OF THE VOICEMAILS. DON'T DO ANY GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF COUNTRY. SORRY FOR ALL CAPS RUSHING TO LEAVE ON VACATION AND THESE PEOPLE CALL....
I received another call today from a Kelly Parker from 866-849-3242 saying that she was calling from "A Law Office" and that she had a legal document to be filed against my name and S/S # in the state of Florida. The return phone number she left was 239-935-1737. She spoke with a very heavy accent, possibly India.
These people call me almost daily, sometimes several times a day. They have called me at work, and my supervisor, knowing this is a scam, has told them that I am not allowed to get personal phone calls, that I no longer work there, and even that I am deceased. They still continue to call at work and at home. I have never been able to get any information out of them, like an address or fax number.
I have reported them to the Florida State Attorney and the FTC. I've been told there's nothing they can do because they are out of the country.
Received call from "John Carter" who said he was calling form Legal Affidavit Office, my name and social security number are involved in legal action, it would be in my best interest to return the call or have my retained attorney call them. It is a scam, I have received many calls with the exact same scenario from different numbers, all calls seem to originate from a foreign location as the person who calls always sounds middle eastern even though they give a very generic sounding name. Do not return these folks calls, they are scam artists! I have contacted the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office and given them lots of documentation from the calls I have been receiving, and this one will be added to the list. Also, the caller ID said "Not Provided" but had the number 866-849-3242 as the number the call originated from.
I received a call today from a "Kelly Parker" when I returned the call I got a "Robert Kline"---about an affidavit that was going to be downloaded today---they have my work number--they claim that it's for a payday loan. Also, I received a call last week saying that another person who called me was a scam artist and no longer worked for the company. How do I know if these calls are legit?? I did have some payday loans.

My caller says his name is Andy Smith and when I tried to even call this number it doesn't even go through. He keeps calling my workplace and is very persistent and claims legal action. How do I get hime to quit?
