id on phone said "forida call" ...person said the was "A.J" from tech support and the had an on line report that my computer was running slow and that he could help me with that...repeatedly asked him to name the company he worked for but he was evasive and only said he was from "tech support"...told him i did not own the house or the computer so i was not authorized to make any changes...said he would call back later...pretty sure this was a phishing scam
Just got a call from this number. Guy said his name was AJ from tech support. I started to act like I was crying and stated I couldn't even afford to buy milk for the kids his response was I'm so sorry have a nice day lol. Losers need to get a life a quit trying to scam people.
Second time I've gotten a call from this number, but I've been lucky. Both times I have been away from the phone! I've have attempted to return the calls, but as soon as I dial the number the line is disconnected. I'm sure it is some sort of scam/sales call and I am VERY sure they are getting my number from Craigs List. A vast amount of this crap ALWAYS happens every time I put an ad on there!!!
Terry Herwig on Caller ID. A scam call. Guy said he was from computer maintenance and had heard that my computer was running slow. I told him no it wasn't and hung up. He no doubt reaches a lot of people who don't know better and give him access to their computers.
