i got a missed call from this number,want to know who did this..It came at 7:36pm yesterday night(Nepali time)

I got miss call from this number ,I was so curious about this number.I don't know this number in anyway.I tried to remember but did not know .

I got call from this number yesterday at 12.30 am IST and today in the afternoon around 2.30 pm. I think this is scam. If any one knows about it ?? do share the details of this.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past 2 days, yesterday afternoon and this morning. I usually getting international calls so I picked it up and found this to be someone unintelligently speaking. I am not going to pick up now. This seems to be a scam and now I have to check my phone bill if there has been any huge amount run up.

Would appreciate if someone could throw some light on this.
