I got a sms saying please call to tranfer your winning $10000. Customer Id44082459 pin code 928547379 if you call you keep on holding and ends up in a nowhere.  What is this a scam

i got an sms stating that i' ve won 10 000 usd and call +2399988062 to transfare my winnings to my account so i want to knw where are these numbers coming frm,and why i 've won 10 000usd

I received an sms as follows: Customer ID: 46177521, PIN Code: 93864359, Balance: 10000 USD,
call +2399988062 to transfer ur winnings to a bank account.

Its a scam.  They want your bank account so they can steal all of your money.
