Who called from 2400144141

Called and left a message with a few seconds of background noise. Is this even a valid phone number? Note the exchange starts with zero.

This number keeps calling my photo.  It is not a valid number.

I answered and after a couple seconds someone said hello. I stayed silent but between her hellos I could hear other conversations from other people on phones but could not understand them.

Called me at least four times today. I answered twice but didnt say hello. No one was there.

Keeps calling. No messages.
