This number called and said they are IRS Investigation Dept, The operator said his name was "Troy Davis" who was definitely foreign! After I said why are you calling people threatening them and asking for money he says I'm the operator, I said this is a scam, he said then find something else to do with your time than call back!
I got a phone call from 240 200 9717. Two women with the accent told they are from IRS and I have to pay money in order not to be arrested. THI IS THE SCAM!
