they are SCAMMERS!!!!!! They say that there will be a lawsuit action against your from the IRS and they will give you a badge number, case number etc...I told them send me all the documents by mail, I will talk to my attorney, my accountant and go to court...and the HANG UP on me right away. They are SCAMMMERS!!!!! Be careful!

Same number , same story here. some lady leaves a message from the IRS investigation Dept , and claims there is a lawsuit against me. I'll bet she feels real good about herself at night, when she goes home after a long hard days work of trying to steal money from honest people with real legitimate jobs.. what a low life loser!
