I got a call and a message saying I was being sued by the IRS. I knew it was a scam, but I called back and listen to him outline the scam. He listed the "charges" against me and said all my money, income and assets would soon be seized. He said I would be sued in criminal court in front of a jury for up to $70,000.00. He said I would be immedately arrested if I didn't pay them some money before the call ended. When he finished reading his script, I told him I never heard so much BS in my life. I said "You're going to arrest me? Bring it on, I'll be waiting by the front door." He said thank you mam and hung up. I'm still waiting to be arrested. Lol. The IRS doesn't operate like that.

I got a call and messege also saying that he was Len Oxford from the IRS and wanted to speak to my husband regarding a "legal matter". Refused to say anything else.
My dad got this call from a Len Foxwell threatening him saying he'd be arrested if he did not pay the IRS money. Pissed me off. My dad is 80 years plus and it nearly gave im a heart attack. I reported it to the FTC's scam web site immediately
This IRS web site tells of the scam and gives the link to the proper place to make the complaint: http://www.irs.gov/uac/Newsroom/IRS-Warns-of-Pervasive-Telephone-Scam
