calls up to 10 times a day.  never leaves a message.  no idea who it is

I keep getting this number coming up on my phone but who ever is calling will not say anything, and I am getting mad !

Don't get mad, get even by completely ignoring unknown numbers if you can do it. They're calling because you're answering in some way.  Tire them of calling you by letting the phone ring.
