I've been dealing w/ emterprise for a few weeks thr
1) instead of the promised few minutes, I waited 45 to get the rental
2) they switched out my rental saying the had sold the rental I was in
3) the rental they switched out had sticky cup holders, jerked
into gear when going uphill and the tire pressure light was lit up and beeping,
but they didn't care when I reported it.
4) the rental manager called to say if I got a customer service call
to please say I was completely satisfied or someone would lose their job.
5) the survey company called me @ 8:15pm, but didn't leave a message.
I hsd to goggle it to find out
I rented a bunch of things for a film shoot last week, one of which was an Enterprise van. Then tonight at 8pm I got a call from 240 210 7049, no message.
This number called and didn't leave a message so I wanted to search to see who it might have been. I'm sure it's Enterprise because I rented a car a few days ago. Very consistant :)
