Yes, she is breaking the law by pretending to call from a personal line. Debt collectors must by federal law always identify themselves. No tricks allowed. Someone go get her in front of a judge and stop her law breaking. There is a special place waiting in the hereafter for Angela Moore. She just doesn't realize it yet.
I am getting calls from this number and they do not leave a message, I don't know why Capital One would be contacting me. This is ridiculous these tricky scams these debt collectors play, I am sick of it when I don't have a reason to be contacted.
This number has been calling me repeatedly for someone named Jeremy, I am not Jeremy, I am not even sure I know a Jeremy, I have told them repeatedly that no one named Jeremy has had this phone number for at least 2 years because that is when I acquired it. They apologize, and I have been told they are "removing" the number, but yet, I still get calls.
