This number once belonged to BWI Airport Express Shuttle Svc, Waldorf, MD. It still may belong to them. They could be running an auto warranty company out of the same office.
I received a call from this number on my cell phone at about 9:00pm MST (12:00M EST). I have two cells, this one is my wife's for emergency only. I NEVER give out the number or called this company from that cell. I also believe it is a telemarketer. I didn't answer the call. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Why they would call at that time of night, I don't know. I believe it's illegal to cold call a cell phone number or use an auto-dialer (if they are using one) to call one for the purpose to drum up business. It is legal if you give them the number, however and you have established a business relationship with them.
