Who called from 2402107113

They say they are a private debt collection agency that now owns my debt to JCPenney, which should be little over one hundred dollars. They say it's almost three hundred but they will work with me, cut it down to $113, all I have to do is agree to a ccheck over the phone. I didn't agree because I have no clue if these guys are legitimate or just looking for some dumbass to hand over their account number

GE MONEY BANK handles the JC Penney accounts - and they SOLD my account to RPM that GEMB forced into default due to removing mailing address AND POSTING $100 IN FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT!

you should have asked them if they have anything with your hand written statement,and if they do tell them to mail it to you.....before u pay anything
