NCO collects for many clients, including GE Money, JC Penney, PayPal credit cards.
They usually behave decently, unless you tell them you're going into bankruptcy. LOL
Then they get pissy.
But, they're just doing their jobs, so there's no point in whining about it.
This mess is my own fault, after all.
If I'd had a little more backbone, I wouldn't be in this situation.
