Who called from 2402107150

Got a firewall on my phone too. Rejects any phone number that's not on my contact list. They can change numbers as much as they like.

These people have called me 4 times already this morning! We have not outstanding  bills.

Doesnt leave a message, calls 3-4x a day even on sundays

This number is capital one trying to collect $

I have an active account with Capital One in good standing.  Have had it for 5 years, one late payment about 3 years ago.  Is it possible that they're trying to sell my an auto loan?  I did get a quote from them a couple years ago when I bought my car but went with another lender.
