I get a lot of calls from the 240 area code. Sometimes there is a message about lowering my interest rate, sometimes it is the Prophet Manasseh leaving one of his psychotic religious screeds, sometimes nothing at all. I live in MD so they target me with a familiar area code, thinking I will pick up. Nice try.
