They'll never leave a message, are you kidding? Got the call, from this number, today, at 11:45AM. I didn't answer. Thanks for posting your complaints, at least I now know it's a scammer/solicitor/ criminal and not a friend, whose number I don't recognize, from Frederick. CID was "Frederick MD".

Like others above, this call came through; I opened the line (since it likely was a toll call from out of my area, wanting to cause the caller to be billed for the call), and there was no response on the line. I've found that if I do this and do not make any sound, the robocall computer won't transfer me to a live person (not that it matters). I've received calls like this from various places around the country, especially since I have blocked entire Area Codes for areas from which I've been barraged with calls to prompt me to donate to various charities whose worth is subject to question; to install solar panels, claimed to be a free offer (go figure); win a free cruise (again, go figure), etc. My reasoning is that the calling party from the Area Codes I've blocked is attempting to determine if I am home, not understanding that their Area Code has been blocked out. They seem to use the various calls (I've gotten them from Florida, Virginia, DC, Texas, Colorado, etc.) in a fishing expedition. Perhaps if my practice of causing them to pay for these disturbing calls, it may lower the odds of those companies staying in a business which accumulates ever-growing toll charges for unproductive calls.
