CID = Frederick MD. They did not choose the option to bypass my phone call blocker so I don't know what they wanted. Probably a robocall. Number now blocked based on comments here.
CID Frederick MD. Have gotten several robo calls from the 240-225 exchange in the past month, all with a CID of Frederick MD. This one must be a robo because it was blocked by my automated call blocking service.
A man just left a"Hello" in the recording, apparently did not want to revealed the true nature or business of the call, if that is the case I don't answer and I will block.
