This is a number being used by Nigerian scammers who answer ads and text to phone numbers in the ad. They even send phony emails purporting to be from Western Union showing that they have deposited the money and the transfer numbers will be sent to you after you send the shipment confirmation

i am selling something off of craigslist and they have sent me information where to send it. i thought it was quite weird that this person wanted me to send it to nigeria. if you could catch this person that would be helpful.
