Who called from 2402383869

Called me twice in a row. Irritating, no message.

Caller ID said "Out of area," even though I live in 240.  No message left.

Called - Didn't leave a message.

They are calling from "fraternal order of police"--supposedly.  Hang up on them--usually a scam.

No message, just another scam call. I guess if they're from the police as reported by others, it wouldn't do much good to forward them to the police. DNC must not apply to them. A lot of reported scam calls seem to be FOP. Must be pulling in some big bucks to have that many numbers.
