Who called from 2402390630

Got a call from this 240-239-0630. I don't recognize the number so I never answer those.  I see another user of 800notes.com (John) reported this number traces to Solar for America.  He has repeatedly asked to be placed on do not call list and is ignored. I will flag this number in my phone to ignore.

Unwanted calls. I never respond. A lot of calls from this number. Want to block it.

called from 240 239 0630, I answered, no answer and quick disconnect.

Got call.  Did not answer.  They did not leave message.  Probably sales or scam.

Called my cell, I answer. long delay then hangup.  I am across the country from this number, have no business with any company in the area, and am on the DNC list, so I can assume scam or telemarketer ignoring the DNC list.
