I have requested that my name be taken from your telephone call list at least half a dozen times with no success. The last person that I spoke to was Roderick Morris, Marketing Manager who assured me that the problem would be resolved, but guess what I received another call from a sales rep. on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at around 1:00pm.
Although I was upset I was calm in my request to speak to a manager. As fate would have it Mr. Morris came to the phone and remembered our previous conversation. Tried to over talk me and said, before hanging the phone up on me, “I told you that I would do it, I’m covered”
ha! just had the exact same conversation with Mr. Morris. What a pompous a##...
We should have been removed form the list 6 months ago, but they started calling again this week. When they called last night I patiently reminded them that we should be on their DO NOT CALL list. When they called again tonight, I asked for a supervisor.
Mr. Attitude came to the phone kept interrupting me. When he started to rattle off a bunch of baloney, I told him to just take me off the list.
He hung up on me.
I got the company's direct number and called their sales department. I let them know that Mr. Morris effectively assured that my family will never do business with Wheaton door again. Maybe word of mouth will get across the message that I have been unable to convey:
STOP CALLING MY HOUSE.
