I have received calls from this company numerous times over the last few years and each time they call from someplace different. I've had calls from Ohio, Maryland and Texas. Hard to believe that this company keeps bouncing around. The last time that I spoke to them was about 6 months ago and they claimed to be a law firm in Cincinnati Ohio. I asked for a mailing address so that I could send them a debt validation letter and they gave me a Cincinnati address which turned out to not be a valid address. I've asked them numerous times to mail me something because I will not deal with them over the phone since I would have no proof over anything that they were telling me about this money that they claim that I owe. They keep insisting that they have mailed me things which I never receive. I seriously doubt that this is a legitimate company. If they were they would know that they cannot threaten anyone with jail which they keep doing. I have reported them to the FTC and my attorney general's office in the past.
Some scam artist that said that they have a summons for me for some loan that I never did. I called the company and told them that if they continued to call, I would call the police
