It's a call from the Breast Cancer Survivors Foundation. This is a charity scammer run by James Reynolds, Sr., James Reynolds, Jr. and senior's ex wife Rose Perkins. According to CNN and the US Government they are thieves. They are under federal investigation for fraud. They return about 2% of all their funds to victims of cancer. James senior was fired by the American Cancer Society(a legitimate non profit in Georgia) for stealing a car which donated to the ACA.
These false non profits are the lowest of the low.
