I checked Caller ID and came back under the name "Injured America." -- It's obviously just another scam solicitation, where thy get you todonate to the cause and in reality the actual group gets around !0 cents on the dollar they the scammers keep the other 90 cents. NEVER respond to them, because that's exactly what the source wants you to do.
