Fake IRS call!!!  I received the automated message to call this arbitrary number.  When I blocked my caller ID and called it back, the guy who answered simply said, "Hello."  After I asked him who he was, he told me he his name was Officer Ryan Jackson with the Internal Revenue Service.  I laughed and hung up.  Shortly thereafter I blocked the number and reported this scam to two government agencies.
