Received a call from this number left a message and it sounded like it came in in the middle so apparently it's a I'm sophisticated voice recognition system that's likely triggered by your voicemail greeting if you don't answer so all you get is a repeat and the phone number so you don't get the first part of the message so more than likely scammers
Calls me everyday from different numbers I never answer they left me 2 messages claim to be IRS and I would be arrested Iam sick and tired of these foiegngers the think people here in the USA are stupid wish someone would put a stop to them they call from Ny- Va-philly-NJ- West Va it's bad really bad 240-247-7266
