Called my elderly mothers house to clean ducts . Told more than once not to call again. They call and let the phone ring 20+ times. Hang up and call again and do this over and over.
Told caller I was on a Do Not Call list. He didn't have a clue what that meant. I explained he was breaking a federal law and I would report the company if they called again.
He has called my mother and said that he would be here in two days to clean her ducts, and he wanted $125.00 in cash. I always tell my mother never to answer the phone unless she knows the number and name that is calling her. Of course being very elderly, she forgot. But then he called again the next day and my mother didn't answer and he left a message and said he was coming between ten and twelve the next morning and he would call when he was on the way. I'm waiting for the call now. I have already called the police and discussed it with them. To be continued...
