Received a call from this number at 4:20 pm; I did not answer, no voice message left.

Anoing to receive unknown/stealing money messages

7:57pm called. No message.

Solicitation call.  I answered, and was disconnected.  Called back, and got a recording about cities with high crime areas.  (Apparently they don't do much research, the city I live in is barely suburban enough to not be country. Very little crime.)
