constant calls solicitation

I hung up after the first 10 seconds but this is the second call in 2ish weeks

This phone number keeps calling my phone each week so I finally dialed it from my work phone to see who/what it is. Turns out it is a company for subscriber services. You have the option of removing your number from the call list.

Received a text from company with a link..... Did not go there!  Cannot call as it just keeps ringing busy,
