Who called from 2402848210

This person called and said I had a problem with my windows computer and said he could fix it in 3 mins.  This was at 2100hrs.

I got the same phone call this today at 4:00. The guy said his name was Roger Williams and gave me this number to call back 240-284-8210. Looked it up and it's a Canadian number. The guy was a real jerk. Don't know what he's trying to do and I'm sure it's a scam of some sort.

I got a call from the same number.  The guy said his name is Steven Williams and he was calling from the best buy technical maintenance dept of Microsoft.
